Terms of Service
Last updated: March 12, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Voyager platform, API, Chrome extension, or any related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.
2. Service Description
Voyager is a LinkedIn automation platform that provides:
- A REST API with 250+ endpoints and 45 pre-built LinkedIn workflows (phantoms)
- Multi-tenant account management with per-account browser isolation
- A Chrome extension for LinkedIn session cookie synchronization
- Webhook-based notifications for automation events
- Rate limiting and safety controls to minimize LinkedIn account risk
3. Accounts and API Keys
To use Voyager, you must create a tenant account and generate API keys. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your admin secret and API keys confidential
- All activity that occurs under your API keys
- Promptly revoking compromised keys via the Admin API
- Not sharing API keys with unauthorized parties
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Voyager responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not:
- Use the Services for spamming, harassment, or sending unsolicited bulk messages
- Attempt to circumvent LinkedIn's terms of service in ways that could result in legal action against Voyager or other users
- Use the Services to scrape data for purposes prohibited by applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Share, sell, or redistribute scraped LinkedIn data without proper legal basis
- Attempt to access other users' tenant data or API keys
- Use the Services to conduct denial-of-service attacks against LinkedIn or any other service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services
5. LinkedIn Account Access
Voyager operates by using LinkedIn session cookies exported from your browser. By using the Services, you acknowledge that:
- You are providing Voyager with access to your LinkedIn account through session cookies
- Automation of LinkedIn may violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service, and you accept any associated risks to your LinkedIn account
- Voyager's rate limiting and safety features reduce but do not eliminate the risk of account restrictions
- Voyager is not responsible for any actions taken by LinkedIn against your account, including temporary or permanent restrictions
- You should only provide session cookies for LinkedIn accounts you own or have explicit authorization to manage
6. API Usage and Rate Limits
The Voyager API enforces rate limits and safety controls to protect your LinkedIn account:
- Daily caps on messages, connection requests, and other actions are enforced per tenant
- New accounts start with reduced limits during a warm-up period
- Operating hours restrict when automations can run
- Cooldown periods between actions simulate human behavior
- Attempting to bypass these limits (e.g., via
bypassCooldown) is at your own risk
7. Chrome Extension
The Voyager Chrome Extension is provided as a convenience for session synchronization. By installing it, you agree that:
- The extension reads LinkedIn cookies from your browser and transmits them to your configured Voyager server
- You are responsible for ensuring the server URL configured in the extension is correct and trusted
- The extension is provided "as is" and may need to be updated when Chrome or LinkedIn makes changes
8. Intellectual Property
The Voyager platform, including its API design, phantom implementations, stealth techniques, Chrome extension, and documentation, is proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without explicit permission.
Data you scrape or generate through your use of the Services belongs to you, subject to LinkedIn's terms and applicable law.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- LinkedIn will not change its APIs, detection systems, or terms in ways that affect the Services
- Automation will not result in restrictions on your LinkedIn account
- Scraped data will be complete or accurate
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOYAGER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR LINKEDIN ACCOUNT ACCESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination:
- Your API keys will be revoked
- Your tenant data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period
- You must cease all use of the Services
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your tenant through the Admin API.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voyager operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
